Starting with the panel, this design uses fussy cutting and spacers to create a “deconstructed” wall hanging. The addition of a top and bottom border, elongates the wall hanging to create a quilt with an appliqued hexagon border. The hexagon blocks are rotated to give the illusion of motion. Alternately, a single fabric border can be used.
