This one block quilt is a modern twist on a traditional maple leaf block. By turning the “stem” patch, you create two different block designs: X’s and O’s. The pattern includes fabric requirements for 2 sizes and uses 6 or 10 fat quarters, plus a background fabric. Directions are for making sets of two 1/2-square triangles from 2 squares. No 7/8" cutting in this pattern!
